Hi Dolls, and we can not forget about the Gents! Welcome to EYE-LOVE Cosmetics. It is a blog about, you guessed it, Make-Up. More importantly it is about my journey as a Full-Time Accountant/Part-Time Professional Free-Lance Make-Up Artist, and the hardships I encounter to make it as a Full-Time Professional Free-Lance Artist. So sit back and enjoy the ride, I am sure it will be bumpy.

VICTORY IS MINE!!

Yes!  I was successfully able to steal the computer.  So as I introduced last week, my 1920's alter ego Natalie Nemetez.  Having a 1920's murder mystery party was exciting for my BIG 25, but more exciting was doing make-up that was not everyday.  I love a little drama in my life and this make-up was no joke.  I covered my eyebrows and drew in the thin brows they had in those days. (They used to shave off their eyebrows and draw them in.  I like to get into character but I love me some thick eyebrows!)  So enjoy the photos and I intend on making a youtube video to show you dolls and gents.  It is a great Halloween idea!

APOLOGIES!!

I know I promised to post more pictures from my time travel to the 1920s, but I have not had access to a computer.  Living in a house with four women, one working computer and working full time is working against me.  Our wireless has been out and once that is up and working then I will be able to post more often, considering we have three laptops.  I hope to have the pics up tonight, I already threatened my sister that the computer is mine!  For now, this is my latest tattoo!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY...TO ME!!

I should say happy belated birthday to me.  Yesterday was my birthday, and naturally as any self-proclaimed diva, had her friends throw her a "surprise" party.  "Surprise" is in quotes because I actually had a say in everything that happened.  The true surprise was when I popped out of a cake.  My birthday was a 1920s murder mystery party - needless to say I was glammed up in 1920's fashion and my make-up resembled the likes of Clara Bow.  Below is a photo, but there are more to come!

WELCOME!!

Make-up!!! All of us ladies, and some gents as well, LOVE make-up!  I can speak for myself and say that make-up consumes me.  I am a professional freelance make-up artist and a full-time Accountant.  I know what you are thinking, how in any way are those two similar? Guess what?  I ask myself the same question everyday.  And since I can not do make-up everyday, I can at least write about it.  Look foward to posting pictures and answering your questions.

Ciao Dolls!
